Communication is an important aspect of selfcare, not just how we communicate with others, but also how we communicate with ourselves. Here are 3 tips to open up your throat chakra and strengthen the bond you have with you: 

  • Journalling—Sometimes there are many unexpressed thoughts and feelings that need to be let out, but don’t necessarily need to be shared. Journalling helps us to release our thoughts and feelings in a safe, intimate way.

  • Being honest with ourselves—sometimes we tell ourselves stories (maybe even lies) so we can indulge in a delusion/idea that doesn’t actually serve us. Whilst being delusional can sometimes be necessary when trying to access our higher self, sometimes its an unhealthy delusion that’s actually holding us back and harming us. In which parts of your life do you need to be more honest with yourself and what delusions/beliefs do you need to let go of?
