Original Goddess Earth Energy 3 Month Rolling Subscription Contract Policy

Original Goddess Earth Energy Massage & Energy Healing Membership Contract Policy

Minimum Term: 3 months

​

1. Introduction

This Massage Membership Contract ("Agreement") is made between Original Goddess Earth Energy ("Service Provider") and the Member ("Client"). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Client agrees to receive massage therapy and/or energy healing services under a membership plan for a minimum term of 3 months.

2. Contract Duration

The membership begins on the date of membership registration and has a minimum term of 3 months. After the initial period, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

3. Membership Services

As part of this membership, the Client is entitled to the following services during the 12-month period:

• Quartz Package: A total of 2 massages and/or energy healing sessions per month (60 mins each). No more than 1 treatment per week

• Emerald Package: A total of 4 massages and/or energy healing sessions per month (60 mins each). No more than 2 treatments per week

• Pyrite Package: A total of 8 massages and/or energy healing sessions per month (60 mins each). No more than 2 treatments per week.

• Additional services may be available at a discounted rate (e.g., upgrades to longer sessions/combo sessions).

• Sessions are non-transferable and non-cumulative. The Client agrees to schedule and utilize these sessions within the same calendar month they are provided. Unused sessions will not roll over to the next month unless otherwise specified.

• Access to Treatment Location: The Client must ensure that the location is suitable for treatment (e.g., clean, quiet, safe). Original Goddess Earth Energy is not responsible for any conditions of the treatment location. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if the treatment location is deemed unsafe for the therapists use.

 

4. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the following fees for the services provided (prices may vary depending on discounts offered):

• Quartz Package Contract Fee: £149 per month (x2 60-minute treatments per month).

Payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule:

Payment of £149 per month paid by Direct Debit.

• Emerald Package Contract Fee: £299 per month (x4 60-minute treatments per month).

Payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule:

Payment of £299 per month paid by Direct Debit.

​

• Pyrite Package Total Contract Fee: £599 per month (x8 60-minute treatments per month).

Payment is due according to the agreed payment schedule:

Payments will be automatically processed through the payment method provided by the Client.

​

Payment Schedule Options:

Monthly Payments of £149 (Quartz Package), £299 (Emerald Package) or £599 (Pyrite Package) are due on the 28th day of each month or the date agreed upon by the client at the time of subscription.

 

Monthly payments will continue, even if the Client does not use all available sessions.

Payments must be made by Direct Debit. Missed or late payments will result in suspension of membership until payments are made.

​

5. Membership Renewal

• The initial commitment is 3 months, starting from the date of subscription.

• After the initial period, the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.

• Payments must be made by Direct Debit.

6. Cancellation and Early Termination

• Early Termination Fee: If the Client terminates the membership before the end of the 3-month minimum term, the Client is still liable to pay for the full 3 months.

• Cancellation Notice: After the 3-month minimum term, the Client must provide written notice of termination to Original Goddess Earth Energy at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.

• No Refunds: Payments made for the 3-month period and subsequent months

thereafter are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• You may pause your membership for up to 1 month per calendar year with prior notice. If the Client is unable to continue the membership due to a medical condition or other extenuating circumstances, a pro-rated refund or suspension of services may be considered at the discretion of Original Goddess Earth Energy with appropriate documentation.

7. Missed or Rescheduled Appointments & Service Delivery

The Client is responsible for scheduling appointments and arriving on time. The following policies apply:

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, the Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a loss of session.

• Missed sessions are considered forfeited unless due to exceptional circumstances.

• Late Arrivals: If the Client arrives late for a session, the client will receive a 5-minute grace period. The session will still end at the scheduled time and no refund or extension will be provided.

• Duration of Sessions: Sessions will last for the agreed duration (e.g., 60 minutes, 90 minutes etc). The therapist will make every effort to start and end on time, but delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

 

8. Health and Medical Information

Before the first session, the Client will provide a health history form to Original Goddess Earth Energy. The Client agrees to inform Original Goddess Earth Energy of any changes to their health status that may impact their ability to receive massage or energy healing services before each session. Original Goddess Earth Energy reserves the right to refuse services if the Client’s health conditions may present a contraindication to therapy.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

The Client’s personal and health information will be kept confidential, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. All information shared with Original Goddess Earth Energy will not be disclosed without the Client’s explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Code of Conduct

The Client agrees to follow the following code of conduct during all visits:

• Maintain appropriate hygiene—shower before treatment.

• Respect the therapist’s professional boundaries.

• Inform the therapist of any discomfort during a session.

• No disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.

Original Goddess Earth Energy reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Client who violates this code of conduct.

11. Liability Waiver

The Client acknowledges and agrees that massage therapy and energy healing is not a substitute for medical treatment. By signing this Agreement, the Client assumes full responsibility for any injury, harm, or side effects resulting from the massage therapy or energy healing services.

The Client hereby releases Original Goddess Earth Energy, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or conditions that may arise during or after the sessions.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising from this contract will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Miscellaneous

• Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended by written consent from both parties.

• Transfer of Membership: The Client’s membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond their control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

 

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By proceeding with membership subscription, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Contract.
