Metanoia
The heart and brain produce electromagnetic force (EMF) that affect our reality and guide our experiences. The EMF of the heart is greater than that of the brain, and is influenced by our childhood experiences, trauma, the gut, and the energy of our ancestors that manifests via our genes. So what is the heart really trying to tell us based on the Black experience today in 2026?
Today, we continue to experience a less than favourable reality, and we have many directions to which we can point the proverbial finger:
Racism and Systematic Oppression
Selfish, Capitalist Leaders
Poor Community Organisation
Lack of Resources/Access to Resources
Trauma
The Opposite Sex
The list goes on...
We find it easy to play the blame game, but at which point do we hold ourselves accountable and accept that the only reason why we remain disadvantaged and disempowered is because we choose to give our power away, and we are constantly waiting for someone else to save us. The world that exists today is a manifestation of the white mans dream. A dream in which he is god and the world bows at his feet. Where his word is law, he can do no wrong, and anyone who tries to hold him accountable faces a punishment that may even be worse than death. This world is only upheld, because we continue to feed into it.
Energy/Time = Power
We are powerless because our energy and time are going into maintaining the white mans system, (a system in which we have no power by design):
Working his jobs
Following his rules
Practicing his religion
Allowing him to educate us
We view the world through his lens, and we are now so attached to his reality, that we constantly try to fix his world to suit us then cry when we don't get results, instead of realising that the system is built against us by intent. If your dream is to be god and to have all bow down to you, then to give those individuals/communities sovereignty is to disempower self - this would be counterproductive. We cannot fix a system that was built on the foundation of siphoning our time, energy and resources in order to function, to fix it would mean to dismantle it and deconstruct what took several centuries to put together.
So what options do we have left with this realisation?
One word, metanoia.
Metanoia: To change ones mind, perception, worldview, heart, and way of being.
Metanoia is a deeply transformative process and any spiritual work, talking therapy and even work to improve physical health and wellbeing are all part of the process. Metanoia is a process that we must undergo in order to achieve the change we desire and to manifest the world we wish to see. Through the process of metanoia, we come to realise:
Most of our leaders are agents of the system and are not working for us. Trusting them and waiting on them is futile. They work to uphold the neo-colonial/imperialistic regime, not to liberate the masses.
10% of the world controls 90% of the people and resources, they can take out some of us, but not all of us. There is strength in numbers, science proves that we are athletically adept and historically we are known to be intellectually gifted and innovative. This all gives us an upper hand in more ways than one.
To create the world we desire we must be prepared to walk away from the life we have created for ourselves in the world that was created to destroy us. That illusion of comfort that we cling to must be done away with. It won't be easy, but it will be necessary.
As many of us come into our awakening and accept ourselves as God, we understand that we create our own reality, but no one can serve two masters, we must choose. Serve the God within, or the false god that has created a world in which oppression is the blueprint and our silence is compliance that feeds the system and the egregore born from it.
